Brinkman Administers Oath of Office for Newtown Officials

On New Year’s Day, 2016 State Representative Tom Brinkman administered the oath of office to Newtown Village officials Mayor Mark Kobasuk, Councilman Daryl Zornes and Councilman Chuck Short.
